A. A delegate fee of  ₹2500 is charged per delegate. It includes the following: –

• Lunch buffet spread for two days along with high tea

• Delegate kit per delegate

• Participation certificate

• Entry to closing ceremony

• Awards (if won any)

• Research material, guides & various resources

• Everlasting memories

A. The event is being held at the premises of Goldcrest International School , Sector 29, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Q. What is the eligibility for participation?

A. A student is eligible to participate in GIMUN if he/she is currently studying in grade 9 or equivalent & at most is in grade 12 or equivalent. Besides, he/she must fill the consent form, attested by parents/school & get its hard copy during the first day of the conference.

A. No, GIMUN II, 2019 has a strict no refund policy. After payments have been processed no refunds will be given.

Q. How do you support students with food allergies or dietary preferences?

A. We do our best to accommodate all students with food allergies. Please specify if you / your child has a food allergy on the medical forms and application so that we can work with the services in advance and make sure there are options for your student.
